Sweet Mae James was born into a family with so much love for her, and her session was nothing short of amazing! After photographing her big sister Ginny’s milestone sessions (see her newborn and sitter session), it was Mae James’s turn to be in front of my camera. Many people think a newborn session has to be taken within the first ten days after birth; however, this is not the case! Newborn heirloom portraits can be captured anytime within the first month. These precious first days are short, but you have more time than you think to document it.
