I feel like every other photographer – too busy to blog! It is only August and I am 95% booked for the year! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported me in 2023 and those who are already on the books for 2024! Moving on because I can’t wait to show you this sweet maternity session. This couple has booked a milestone series with me, so I will be photographing their newborn session and the twins first birthday. Yes, I said twins- she’s having twin boys! EEEK!
She looks incredible for having TWO boys in her belly!
What a wonderful family to become part of my milestone program. We had the best time and I can’t wait to meet their twin boys. If you’re expecting and would like more information on a maternity, newborn or milestone sessions, reach out to me here.

I just connected with this sweet couple right from the start. It is so nice to have this happen and makes the session just that much more comfortable. When Erica stepped out of the car and I saw this dress I gasped. What a stunning dress for a beautiful Momma to be!
The light and the green grass all complimented her and the session is just one of those that you can’t pick a favorite image from. I feel like the luckiest photographer in the world that I will be taking her sitter session images and meet the baby soon!
I just loved the session from start to finish and can’t wait to share their sitter session with you all. If you’re expecting now is the time to book in for your milestone sessions. What is a milestone session? Click here to see some amazing examples. Then reach out to me here.

I know you’re sick of hearing it, but gosh I love my job. Aria and her family were tired as you can expect, but so blissfully happy. I oooohhhed (is that a word) over the hair on this stunning baby and we got to work. There were so many times when I would look at the back of my camera and squeal with excitement over what I knew was going to be an incredible newborn session. I wasn’t wrong. This session in its entirety was simply perfect.
Am I right?! Seriously, such a good session. I just think that Aria is such a lucky baby with such kind and wonderful parents (and Grandparents!). I feel blessed to have been chosen to photograph this time in their lives. I look forward to watching this sweet girl grow!

I honestly can’t believe I haven’t published a full blog post on this session yet. I guess life swept me away. Meet Henry, his darling big sister, Nora, and their sweet parents. I photographed this sweet family a year or so ago for a family session. I immediately found friends in them. Nora is just delish. She’s funny, kind, and sweet as all get out. I ran into them a little while later downtown and they had mentioned that they were trying for another baby. Then it happened. I got the booking call saying they were expecting and wanted a newborn session. I was just thrilled!
I had so many favorites from this session. Secretly I’m glad I’m the photographer not the family and have to decide on which ones are my favorite.
In home newborn sessions are really special. The backdrop is your home, the place where you brought your new baby home to. It’s just a neat way to photograph and remember this moment in your lives. I have clients who don’t think their homes are “instagram worthy” and I reassure them that it doesn’t matter. Your home is your home. In 25 years, your baby will be grown and look at the house and remember it fondly. They will say oh I remember this or that.
With each newborn session, I take time to photograph the baby’s individuals on a beanbag. This is a just a beautiful and pure way to photograph them so little. It’s almost like going to the studio except when I’m photographing the baby alone, my clients are getting a snack or changing into sweats! Ha! It’s the beauty of an in home newborn session.
I’m booking summer/fall babies now. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re expecting. Click here to reach out to me.
